Dear Upset One,

You sound mad, confused and hostile! Looks like you read my column because you notice I call the Bible our manual for success! Rightly so! I personally know pastors and other believers who are in Ukraine who are helping refugees and preaching the Gospel. I am told by them that many are giving their life to Christ and now have heaven as their Home.

In the first book of the Bible (Genesis), God gave man dominion over the earth, and as we can see, man has done a poor job. God created man with a free will and man’s free will went above God’s will, causing disharmony in every area of life.

Evil has existed from Genesis and will stay until the return of Jesus Christ. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. (John 3:16) This verse is taken so lightly. This verse is for every human being! Yes, even Putin! Follow and be obedient to God or Follow and be obedient to Satan. This is a choice every human being must make!

When we are Followers of Jesus Christ, we must remember that we live in a fallen world and the world systems are governed by evil. Our Lord Loves us so much He came from heaven to earth to show us the way. Heaven is our Home and we are just passing through! Material things can be taken away and even our life here, but we will never die, just change addresses.

Here in good old USA we have a mess! Why? Because the USA left the manual for success, The Bible! Now going the way of evil! But Psalm 34:17 says, The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears, And delivers them out of all their troubles. Our deliverance is a better place than this earth! So whatever comes our way, we stand on that!

Our brothers and sisters in the Ukraine are about the Father’s business bringing others into the Kingdom of God where the only true life exists! We must be doing the same!
