Heaven in Earth-Victory and Power

The Holy Spirit has been speaking to me about prayer. We must give thought to how Jesus told his disciples to pray. If we call ourselves a disciple of Jesus, we should honor His words. So, let us look at our manual for success (Bible) on the subject.

In Matthew 6:9-13 Jesus said…

In this manner, therefore, pray:

Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name.
Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.

For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.

Let’s ask ourselves... Are we Hallowing His Name? Honoring His name? Hallowing means to make it Holy or set it apart or to sanctify. Are we truly doing what our heavenly Father created us to do? We start by acknowledging who He is and not with who we are or what we want!

The Gospel of the Kingdom brings heaven to earth. So what is in heaven? No sickness, doubt or disbelief, no poverty, no crippling thing in heaven. His will be done and that is calling heavenly things to earth!

Jesus came to earth to show us the way. He died on the cross for all humanity. He took our sin and our shame or pain and all our poverty and sickness. He brought heaven to earth! That was and is His will!

As Jesus hung on the cross, He said “IT IS FINISHED.” He then died and three days later, rose again and is alive and well. NOW our job is to show others the way, His way. That is bringing heaven to earth. It’s not all about us, but others.

The Father gave us all authority in heaven and on earth. Jesus has delegated His authority to us, His followers. We are His ambassadors of love and power! Might His will be done through us, on earth as it is in heaven. Amen!

That is a question often asked by new believers. The Bible is very clear about this. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. John 3:16

Many people are confused by this question. But before I answer it, I want to make clear that there is a real heaven and a real hell! Everyone goes to one place or the other—their choice! So, no, everyone does not go to heaven, but everyone will go somewhere when they die.

Child’s toy in middle of disaster

So many horrible things are happening in our world today—children and adults gunned down in the middle of prayer, lives being destroyed by wars, famines, floods, fires, absolute madness– and if we allow ourselves to focus totally on these things, fear can totally take over and then we will become victims instead of a v

We are eternal beings, and we shall live for eternity somewhere! If we think we are saved, we are not! We must KNOW without a shadow of a doubt that we are born from above and have both an earthly address and a heavenly address. This is done by accepting Jesus as our Savior and living for HIM!

I see so many believers focusing on world events and the despair in our world. That may well be a focus for the unbeliever but certainly not for a believer! If we read our manual for success (Bible) and obey what it is teaching us, then we will have all our focus on Jesus and the cross! Jesus did everything for us on t

The Lord speaks to us through His manual for success (Bible). But are we listening? We are living in very evil times, but we can also see revival among people if we watch Christian News. When people get saved in great numbers, we need to pray for them to truly get connected. A merely emotional experience is not becoming born again. Conversion is believing that the Lord Jesus Christ went to the cross, died, and rose again, and we ask Him to forgive our sin.
